Offers an 8-Step model created from the foundation of the 12 step program for drug and alcohol addiction. Clients will be given the  definition the 8 Steps of Self-Love with associated step worksheets to practice each step, along with one-on-one coaching session with life coach.

Clients will be asked to list examples of when they felt like someone crossed a boundary with them or they didn’t have suitable boundaries and an uncomfortable situation was experienced. The same will be done for misplaced priorities and/or having issues with prioritizing in ones life. Life coach will work with client in identifying triggers and challenging core beliefs, creating stronger boundaries and assisting with the ability to prioritize. 

Using a combination of the 8 Steps of Self-Love and the techniques used for boundaries and prioritization, clients will learn how to identify what a healthy versus a non healthy relationship looks like and be able to make healthier decisions with forming romantic relationships as well as friendships with assistance from life coach’s books and guides.

Using the Bible and Life Coach’s Christian podcast,  clients will be taught a new way of living following the examples listed in the Bible along with life coach’s examples once becoming a new Christian and follower of Jesus Christ.
